Right after the breaking in period I’ve been able to have this skimmer to create reasonably dry, dark skimmate. I don’t have to adjust it significantly and it’s surprisingly tolerant of smaller changes from the drinking water level. It really is working well for me inside refugium of the 30 gallon setup that I did not need aggressive skimming for.
