Order Now! Save 45% Off Zoo Med 501 Turtle Canister Filter with Free Shipping, Reviews Wonderful filter! I wish I’d have recognized about this for the past 4 years, I have had my turtle! It’s so quiet and keeps the tank really clean!
Following only an hour of installing this filter my turtles water is so clean, and after a month it’s operating like a charm. My favorite component about this filter system is how very quiet it’s (without the waterfall option). There is completely no stinky turtle smell coming from this tank, that is particularly essential since my little turtle is the greeter in my office!
I do not understand how this product is crapping out so quickly for some reviewers. I just purchased my second 501, and it’s only simply because after SEVEN YEARS operating the very first one, I forgot to inform the pet sitter to replace the evaporated water in my reptile’s pool. It should have been operating with out water for days! When I got house, the motor was nonetheless hot however it had stopped operating. I wasn’t able to revive it.

Order Now! Save 45% Off Hagen Fluval 405 Canister Filter with Free Shipping, Reviews We couldn’t think the cost this filter system was provided for and just couldn’t pass it up. We have been shopping about pricing and checking reviews. This filter program has been outstanding leaving our 80 gallon tank crystal clear.
My water high quality is really great, and also the fish all appear happy. I could probably have gone having a smaller canister filter, but I think there’s really no such factor as an excessive amount of filtration (you are able to adjust the water flow, and there’s a spray-bar add-on should you wish) inside a tank. So far, no fish have been sucked into the intake, other than one casualty in the initial few days of setup (a sick fish).
I have had the Fluval 405 set up in my turtle tank for about a month now and it has worked wonderfully! It was a huge step up from the hang on the back filter I had before. I’d highly suggest it to anyone with turtles.

Whisper Bio-Bag Cartridge Large 12 pack Unassembled On Sale, Reviews Bio-Bag cartridges are a no mess, easy-to-use item that does an excellent job of keeping my fish healthy and happy. We have been performing a entire house remodel for more than 18 months so our poor aquarium has not been obtaining the focus it deserves. And yet even when the water is just trickling through the old filter (because the old filter is completely clogged simply because I haven’t changed it in God understands how long), I can pop in a new one and turn it back on and “presto!” clear water again. And when I FINALLY drag out the gravel vac to suck all the nasty stuff up, the Bio-Bag turns the brown sludge back into clean, clear water in much less than an hour. Needless to say, my fish think Bio-Bags are the very best!
My fish definitely are pleased! The aquarium is clear clean and pristine. The Tetra filter is a superb item. I’m very pleased with it.

Buy Whisper 40i In-tank Filter, Up to 40 gallons, 6 in. x 5.5 in. x 10.5 in. On Sale, Reviews I bought this a week ago because I required to bring my goldfish in for the winter. My ONLY complaint is that the filter comes apart (I did it by accident) and all the charcoal fell out. I have to admit so far it cleans the water Very nicely and also the filters are simple to alter. just be cautious not to deal with the filters very much because they come apart. So far I like the concept of it being inside the tank (it doesn’t stick out the backside). but I do not care what it looks like because it is just for the winter.
It is very quiet and easy to setup, runs on low water and my turtles like to be under the cascade. Extremely simple to clean also.
I bought this for my 40 gallon tank and thought it could be good not to have large filter sitting on top of my tank leaving a gap between tank and wall. Read the rest of this entry
